A Legacy Continued

Some journeys are about more than buying land—they’re about faith, family, and legacy.

Today, after 88 days, we officially closed on 310 acres. There were moments when we wondered if it would all come together, but through every delay and every hurdle, we truly felt the Good Lord was guiding each step. His timing is always perfect.

What makes this even more special is that this land has been in my daughter-in-law’s family for decades. Being able to keep it in our family is a blessing that is hard to put into words. Knowing it will continue to be used for farming and cattle, just as it has for years, means everything to us.

A huge thank you to Amy Richey with Salt Real Estate. Representing both the buyers and sellers takes honesty, patience, professionalism, and a heart for people. Amy made everyone feel heard, respected, and cared for throughout the entire process. We are so thankful for the countless hours she invested to get us to the closing table.

Today we celebrate 310 acres, but even more than that, we celebrate God’s faithfulness, family heritage, and the opportunity to continue this legacy for generations to come.
